▶︎ I am not able to login into my account, why?

Go to your Account and try resetting your password, and select 'Forgot your password?'.

Or maybe you need to create an account if you are a first time customer. You can do this whilst placing your order.  

▶︎ Can I amend my order?

No, we are really sorry but once an order has been placed we are unable to change this.

However, if you let us know as soon as you can that you need to make a change to your order, we will do all that we can to accommodate and help you.

▶︎ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

 

Coffee

▶︎ In which machine can I use Jomad's capsules?

Our coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso®* brand coffee machines for home use including Inissia, Citiz, Pixie, U, Essenza, Lattisima, Expert, Prodigio, Kitchen Aid, Creatista.

Our Dolce Gusto® compatible capsules will fit in the Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine.

Our capsules are not suitable for professional machines, built-in models, or those that take multiple capsules at once (such as Miele). They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuoline machines.

▶︎ What if your capsules don't work with my machine?

Our capsules are fully compatible with all current ranges of Dolce Gusto and Nespresso Machines, but if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch via email: Help@jomadcoffee.com

▶︎ What is the best before date?

This date is displayed on the side of the sleeve/box which indicates when is best to have used the capsules by.

▶︎ What does your Intense scale mean?

Our coffees are crafted and roasted to different levels of taste intensity, ranging from 5 -10. 5 being the least intense and 10 being the most intense coffee flavour.

▶︎ Does your Decaffé contain any chemicals? How do we extract the caffeine?

In order to bring you the freshest, most flavoursome decaffé possible, we use a decaffeination process that baths steamed coffee beans in compressed carbon dioxide, removing the caffeine through charcoal filtering. In this way, the rich flavour of the coffee remains in the bean throughout, unlike other methods such as chemical washes and Swiss Water.
