  1. This website is operated by Jomad Coffee LTD, and these are the general terms and conditions between Jomad Coffee LTD. (“we” or “us”) refer to as Jomad Coffee and anyone who purchases from us (“you”). Jomad Coffee Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 12706305.

  1. By placing an order and completing it on our website you are agreeing to purchasing of products from us. We may refuse to accept an order for any reason if the products are out of stock, if we are not able to authorise your payment, if there is a product description or pricing error. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you a email “confirmation” and at this point has a contract between you and us will be formed
  1. We are using Royal Mail for most of our deliveries but for larger orders we might ship by courier, if you have placed an order of a higher value then we will require a signature
  1. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we delivery the Products to the shipping address that you used while placing the order and the products will be your responsibility from that time.
  1. If you have specified a “Safe place” in the delivery instructions, leaving your delivery in “the safe place” will be at your own risk, if the delivery officer deem that the locations is not secure or to bad weather conditions. We will leave a card offering your different options for re-arranging redelivery or collection of the delivery
  1. However, if all attempts failed the goods will be returned to us, at this point we will issue a refund less the costs of the delivery and return.
  1. We offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all our coffee capsules. On our coffee machines, you will be covered by the manufactures guarantee. To be able to offer you a refund we will only be able to refund unopened coffee boxes, the refund will cover the goods but not the post or packing. To return the goods please contact us in writing or email.
  1. Our Discounts and introductory promotions/offers are only to be used once for any one person. We are also restricting our promotional codes to be redeemed per household, unless otherwise mentions. We can stop a promotion at any time at our will.
  1. All of our prices that are listed on our website are included of VAT where applicable.
  1. Your submission of personal information by you to us, may be used by us to contact you regarding your delivery, any changes on our website, like new products and special features, and promotional offers and competitions, which we think you will find interest, our products and services might be market via third parties
  1. These Terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the lax of England and Wales
